Customer Question

I have a Garland 24" grill, there was no plug, I have a 3X10 gauge wire going to the machine but am unsure as to how I should connect the wires. There are 3 points for connection, top 1 black 2 red, exiting, middle, 2 black exiting, bottom, 1 red.
Box is marked 208 V at the 3 (with a 0 with diagonal line through it)
