Safe combinations are saved, by the manufacturer, for a period of one year. If that's how old your safe is, then contact the store manager of the dealer where you bought it, tell them the serial number, and they will contact Cannon Safes to get your combination for you.

The serial number is ***** the right side of the safe, at the upper left corner of that side of the safe.

If your safe is older than one year old... does it have a keylock?

You may be able to get the Master Reset Code for the safe, but points in the procedure are unclear. And some verification of your ownership is required: see the procedure in the FAQ here:
