what kind of problems are you having with it?.......down and up force?........or something other?...........and could you provide a model or model number for me

Thanks

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
Model # ***** Will not operate electronically with either remote or electronic controls. Clicks when you push the remote but will not open. Trouble codes say NO RUN > DOWN LIM and NO RUN > UP LIMIT

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It will open manually if disengaged but is engaged right now
