Customer Question

I have a MT 5011 LiftMaster Commercial operator that is wired B2, yet the wall 3 station button has to be held in, to allow operation. Ice cube relays have been changed over, with no improvement. Also no remote transmitters function. Could it be the R.P.M. sensor?

Hello. My name is***** can assist you with your question.

The only reason this usually happens is If a monitored safety device is installed with the B2 wiring and the monitored safety device is removed or not working. This will cause the required constant pressure to move the door. You should be able to correct this though by resetting the device, assuming This adjusted configuration is what you want.
