Customer Question

I own a unit and my driveway has a sewerage easement to benefit my neighbour. The driveway is paved and the neighbour needs to access the driveway to carry out some remedial work to his sewer. I understand I am obliged to give the neighbour access but unsure if the neighbour is required to make good any damage caused by digging up the driveway to access the sewer.
