I have a Xantrex powersource400 to backup my desktop

Customer Question

I have a Xantrex powersource400 to backup my desktop computer. A few nights ago, the unit started beeping and showed an "E01" code after a power outage. Now, the unit is plugged in to an outlet to recharge and has been for 12 hours but still shows only 40% charged! Time to replace the batteries?

Hi, thanks for asking.

You are correct it is time for new batteries is all.

You can get them from stores like Sears, Batteries +

etc as they are pretty common. Or you can also get them for Xantrex for a bit more money.

In any case, I will stick with you until this is complete.

Please rate kindly thus far, it won't cost you anything to rate my service to you kindly,

Then you can reach me by simply replying to this message anytime.

Thank you and have a wonderful day!
