Hi there,

When was the safe last opened successfully?

If it hasn't been opened for some time then the mechanism may have seized.
You can try thumping the door several times with a rubber mallet to help loosen up the mechanism.
Once you get the door opened, apply spray oil to the moving lock parts to help prevent them from seizing up again.

Ok, then you will need to try thumping the door several times with a rubber mallet to help loosen up the mechanism.
Once you get the door opened, apply spray oil to the moving lock parts to help prevent them from seizing up again.

If you are unable to carry out the repair yourself, a local locksmith can assist.
