In may of 2014 we had a new concrete driveway & back porch

Customer Question

in may of 2014 we had a new concrete driveway & back porch installed. the company that installed the concrete asked us to seal it in 30 days. in the fall I noticed rust spots develop in & on the driveway. in spring I noticed cracks/ chips in the driveway near a stress line. I called the installer who said not to seal over the rust spots. but then said I should seal the area that was chipping/ cracking before winter. he said there was nothing else that could be done. the concrete doesn't have rebar in it. it has the mesh strands blended into the concrete.
