An electrical storm or a power surge can damage the control boards of garage openers.
This is something your home owners insurance may cover .
As for the opener that works from the wall control try reprograming the remotes.
I will be glad to give directions if needed.
For The one that does nothing power it down for a few
minutes. Power it back on and see if any of the functions recover.
If neither one will recover the control boards have most likely been
damaged by the storm.
Lightning can run in on the wires without taking a direct hit.
The electrical wires are not usually damaged but equipment is.
Your insurance company will probably want them professionally repaired
so check with them before you get in too deep.
After the cause had been determined you may want to have a surge protector installed at your service entrance
or at the feed to to the garage door openers.
I will be glad to answer any questions you may have.
