They do not list the part on their site.
I called the number listed on their site and got a cell phone with no one answering.

I did get someone and I will call again with the measurements, but doesn't look good.

The only alternative is Home Depot Customer Service. Hampton Bay is exclusive to them. Good luck.

Home Depot has no arms. They say go on Hampton Bay web site.
The site you suggested doesn't have the arm I need.
