IM USING ARMSTRONG S-515 ADHESIVE TO LAY MY TILE! HOW LONG

Customer Question

IM USING ARMSTRONG S-515 ADHESIVE TO LAY MY TILE! HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO LEAVE IT BEFORE I SEAL THE TILE?

Twenty four hours is always a safe amount of time
to wait . Once the tile is in place the day
is usually over anyway so waiting until
the next day is no problem.
The next morning wont necessarily be a full 24 hours
since you laid the tile: but in most cases it
will be 24 hours since the adhesive was spread, This should put it well beyond
its working time.
There is no rush to apply the sealer so waiting
a day should not be a problem.
On large floors some will begin sealing
where they started laying the tile almost
immediately. This is usually ok provided the adhesive
was allowed to dry according to the instructions and is past its
working time .
This said, waiting until the next day usually assures the adhesive has properly
dried.

You need to reread the answer.
The answer is after the working
time Of the adhesive has past..
To be safe wait .
Of course I cant say how many minutes to
wait or to start as soon as you lay the tile
because I have no way of knowing how long
you let the adhesive set.
The answer is good advice and explains
The options that will give you a good result.
