One of my towns Building Inspectors said there is a $1500

Resolved Question:

One of my town's Building Inspectors said there is a $1500 tax credit for installing a high-efficiency gas furnace...I am hoping to get a high-efficiency combination gas boiler/water heater...we have a home built in 1941 which has water radiators. Is there a tax credit for a combination w/h boiler? I couldn't find a federal tax credit but maybe I'm not looking in the right place. Or perhaps it's a state tax credit? I live in Connecticut
