Try a small amount of rubbing alcohol in a place that won't show . Use the alcohol 100% and do a small area at a time .
If the alcohol removes the glue immediately rub the spot with a damp cloth or sponge and then a dry cloth. Any stubborn haze that is left can be removed with armor all the stuff for cars.
Continue the floor in stages doing small areas at a time completely .
Don't do large areas. This is a hands and knees job .
