New construction. I want to use a dryer box inside a 6" wall.

New construction. I want to use a dryer box inside a 6" wall. There are PVC drain lines in the stud cavity as well. How close can I get to the PVC? Should I put fiberglass batting or drywall between dryer vent and PVC?
