my customer has a leak in the ceiling of their second floor

Customer Question

my customer has a leak in the ceiling of their second floor home do you have a suggestion for finding where it is coming from?
This is a three level home, ground level basement, second floor is main living space, and third floor is bedroom and sitting area.
On the third floor is a fireplace stand alone with a chimmey vented outside.
