I recently had a small wrought iron fence professionally scraped, primed and black gloss coating applied. The job was only about three hours done when we had a bad rainstorm. The glossy finish is now spotted. I tried wiping it down with a soft cloth but the spots are still there. Besides repainting,is there else I can do to bring back the finish?
Hello. Really hard to tell. I guess you could try car polish on them, it sure would be less trouble than repaint all. I suggest you borrow some from friend or family and test on a small portion to see how it look.

I assume the damages are only to the micro texture of the paint, so a polish should bring the gloss back.
