Does anyone know the best way to wash/clean wood floors?

Good evening.

My name's Kel.

Is this for routine maintenance or has it been awhile since the floors were cleaned?

Is this real wood or a laminate?

Customer: replied 3 years ago.

Real wood and this is routine maintenance.

For routine maintenance us Murphy's Oil Soap.

Keep the mop on the drier side -- meaning you don't want pools of cleaning solution standing on the wood.

Use clear water to rinse.

Once again keeping the mop on the dry side.

A water born wax is easier to apply.

Johnson's Paste Wax is a stalwart, but don't apply to floors finished with urethane.

Follow the directions on any product, so the floor doesn't become too slick and become a slipping hazard.
