Customer Question

what are your suggestions for getting a hole through the brick wall? The electrical plug is bigger than the thickness of the mortar which is where I was originally thinking of putting the hole

Rick :

Welcome, I will do my best to help you with your issue

Rick :

You need to rent a coring bit. You can core a hole up to 4" (and smaller of course)

Rick :

It's basically a diamond hole saw.

Rick :

with no teeth

Rick :

It will cut through the brick no problem

Rick :

You could also drill a series of holes with a carbide bit but the core bit makes a much neater hole
