i want to hire someone to build a 10 x 14 addition with one

i want to hire someone to build a 10 x 14 addition with one outside door, a window and a 4 x 10 interior closet. job will include insulation, molding sheetrock and paint as well as roof and exterior stucco. what should i expect to pay? perhaps you could tell me what labor costs would be as i could price out materials....

i'm in san fernando valley of LA. labor is pretty cheap and most contractors are out of work. its an on grade addition

Ok I'll give you manhours for labor. Multiply by the labor rate there:
Slab -16 mh
hang & trim door- 4 mh
set & trim window- 6mh
frame/rock,mud, trim closet- 16mh
hang closet bifolds- 2, 4' sets- 8mh
closet shelving/poles - 4mh
frame 34 ft wall- 8mh
sheath 34 ft wall- 5mh
hang, mud 3 coats 9 sheets drywall- 18mh
4/12 roof- 140 sqft- frame- 14mh
same- sheath- 9mh
same - shingle/metal?/tile/?- 10/4/15 mh
same - flashing / venting - 4mh
uplift connectors - 4mh
insulation - 5 mh
ceiling- hang, mud 3 coats - 12mh
stucco wire- 2 mh
stucco - 32mh
paint stucco - prime & topcoat- 10mh
paint interior- prime & topcoat- 8mh

interior trims- 2mh

equals about 193 manhours- add 10% Oops factor= 212 man hours. If you can get licensed tradesmen for $40/hr, that = $8480.00 labor
THEN ADD
add material runs, cleanup daily, work comp, liability, permit fees
add unknown electrical
add unknown plumbing/ heating.
add unknown flooring.
