i want to hire someone to build a 10 x 14 addition with one outside door, a window and a 4 x 10 interior closet. job will include insulation, molding sheetrock and paint as well as roof and exterior stucco. what should i expect to pay? perhaps you could tell me what labor costs would be as i could price out materials....
