Chain on garage door opener runs fully in both directions but will not engage at the door. The manual release has been pushed back up.
Already Tried: I had to use the manual release. Usually it re-engages by itself when it is used again. It won't this time. I've tried it with the release both pulled down and pushed up.
Hi,my name is XXXX, XXXXXX for stopping by. The lever for the rope should be to the side allowing the center pin to go up into the trolley. Many times the opener will travel a bit further than you can push to reengage. So if you lift the door manually and then run the opener it should click into place when it passes by the trolley.
