My Genie Wireless Keypad does not work with my Genie Garage Door Opener after I programmed it several times, each time after erasing the previous programming, then following the Intellicode 1 Mode. My Genie Pro Max has a Receiver Model ACSR1 and a 1/2 HP/120VAC/5A Motor Model PCG700ML. I do not see an S/N number but there is a line in the tag which reads "CANADA 2133 102 233A". There is only one RED LED and a black LEARN BUTTON near the antena behind the light lens cover. So, I figured it should be an Intellicode 1 Opener. I followed the instructions that came with the KEYPAD and also in your website, but the Garade Door Opener did not respond after programming according to Intellicode 1 Mode of Code Transmission. Please help as I am about to give up and return the Genie Wireless Kepad Model #GK-R to HOME DEPOT where it was bought. Do you have any solution?
Optional Information: Make: Genie Wireless Keypad Model: GK-R Already Tried: I have tried the Keypad Instructions for Intellicode 1 Openers, the website instructions

I did not get your answer before II returned the Genie Wireless Keypad to Home Depot and got the Universal Clicker Wireless Keypad instead. It worked with my Genie Garage Door Opener after the son-in-law of my sister-in-law programmed it. He assumed that the Clicker Wireless Keypad uses Intellicode 1 because it had only 1 red LED while the Intellicode 2 Door Opener has 2 LEDs.
Thank you anyway.
