How much does it cost to pay a plasterer per square metre,

Resolved Question:

How much does it cost to pay a plasterer per square metre, to fit plaster board (approx £5 per board ) and then dot and dab, and then skim the fitted boards?

Ceilings will also need to be boarded with insulated plaster board ( approx £8 per board ) being screwed and fitted onto the existing rippled effect ceilings.

Some walls will only need skimming. We need to have a rough idea before measuring the total areas to be covered.

4 walls have had chimney breasts removed and are down to the brick. But those brick areas are not a totally exposed wall.

Therefore a rough figure to pay per squuare metre will help us at the moment.

We have been quoted what seems excessive ( £6,000 ) to do all the walls on a 1920's 3 bedroom bungalow. The work being completed in 2 - 3 weeks.
