HERE is a website with contact information for your county inspection services. You will need a building permit as well as an electrical permit for the pool. Zoning may be an issue. Contact the Building division on Monday as well as Community Development. They can walk you through the requirements that will apply to your installation. Without seeing exactly what you have there it is difficult to give a difinitive answer to cover everything that might come up.
