HiCustomerbr />There are a few likely possibilities. Either the burners are clogged in which case they should be cleaned which would entail removing th burners and clearing all the openings in the burners. It is also possible that the burner orifice is dirty. To correct this the orifice(s) would need to be removed and the small opening in the orifice cleaned taking care not to enlarge the hole. Check your manual for the location of the orifice. If neither if these procedures slove the problem then you may have a bad regulator which would need to be replaced.
