I hear a clunking noise coming from pipes when turning on hot water in upstairs bathroom sink

Reply to Edward's Post: The noise only happens in one upstairs bathroom sink when we turn on the hot water. The clunk happen once when the water is turned on. Water does flow but less volume than other sinks or the cold water on the same sink. Thanks
