If ammonia comes into contact with an open cut then it will hurt ...yes .
It should heal as it would normally ....

How did this come into contact with ammonia ?
How heavy was this contact ?
I tend to think you had some activity that may have opened the cut then cleaning you used an ammonia solution ...is that about right ??
The process of washing your dishes probably opened the cut ...
I would recommend that you apply Neosporin ointment and bandage to cover your cut ...never keep a wet bandage on but change and keep it dry ....
No reason to worry about those infections as you were at home ---washing YOUR dishes, right .. no risk of HIV/HEP B , HEP C ..
No worry at all for those ..
