I tend to think you had some activity that may have opened the cut then cleaning you used an ammonia solution ...is that about right ??

no i used ammonia to clean dishes so the ammonia cam in contact to my healing cut ammonia was the only contact to my cut so i figure the ammonia open up my cut is that possible?

I would recommend that you apply Neosporin ointment and bandage to cover your cut ...never keep a wet bandage on but change and keep it dry ....
