Hi there...

Regarding your concern I want to share with you that UTI can present with symptoms like fever,bodyaches,fatigue,along with burning urine,frequency and urgency.But typical cough,throat irritaion,sneezing,or watery eyes are highly unlikely in UTI.

I will suggest her to get Urine RE,Blood and Urine culture followed by CBC to see white cell count so that next plan of management may be offered to her.
