can sacarodisis cause a false positive test result

It is possible sarcoid, or other autoimmune disorders can cause a false positive ELISA test.

But this is the initial screen- a positive would need to be confirmed with a western blot test, or a PCR test- and those would NOT be positive in this case.

I hope that helps.
