Pain in lower groin area, right side, , comes and goes, last

Resolved Question:

Pain in lower groin area, right side, , comes and goes, last for 15-20 seconds, every few minutes, don't notice any significant swelling in lymph node or tenderness. Started 2 days ago. Symptons of hiv?

No, these are not symptoms of HIV. It sounds like you may have pulled a muscle or inflamed a nerve. I suggest having it evaluated in the morning if the pain still persists.
