 What is a Mentor?
Solution Mentors are your guides to using JustAnswer. Mentors can answer your questions about how the site works and they also review your answers for quality. If you are new or have less than 20 accepts, your Mentors can place your posts on hold so that customers cannot see them if they feel like the posts need more thought or editing. If a Mentor puts one of your posts on hold, you can still make changes. After you do, contact your Mentor by PM and request that your post be taken off hold.
