 What time of day can I expect my payment?
Solution JustAnswer pays out Expert earnings by the fourth business day of each month. However, we cannot guarantee a time that the payments will be made. It may be early in the morning or late in the evening. If you have not received your payment by the close of the fourth business day (PST), you can email Customer Service at experts@justanswer.com to find out the status of your payment.
