 What if a Customer is being unresponsive?
Solution Be patient. Usually, the Customer is trying to get the answer as quickly as possible and may be under a deadline. You won't help them by being impatient. JustAnswer also sends a reminder e-mail after twenty-four hours if the Customer hasn't accepted yet.
