 Should I try to answer every question?
Solution You should concentrate on the questions that you know you can answer well. If you can't answer the question using the education, training or life experiences that qualify you as an Expert, you can just leave it for another Expert. It's better for the customer to get no answer at all than to provide one that is incomplete or inaccurate. Directions on how to complete their own web search should never be posted. If your only suggestion is for the customer to seek the help of a professional, you should avoid answering the question.
