 How are Mentors chosen?
Solution Mentors are chosen by administrators and moderators. There is no way to apply to be a Mentor. Moderators and Admins watch the categories and choose Mentors from a pool of Experts who are:


  1. Willing to introduce themselves to new Experts and serve as site guides
  2. Helpful in the lounge when new Experts have questions
  3. Willing to answer questions from the new Experts
  4. Able to watch their category and assist, report bad answers and provide a helping hand with agrees.
  5. Knowledgeable about the site to the point where they can share this in a controlled forum
