 What is the Customer's Choice Award?
Solution The Customer's Choice Award will be issued to Experts on a weekly basis. Experts can earn the award by:


  • Getting 5 positive feedbacks during one week from Customers
  • Maintaining at least a 95% Feedback Rating
  • Receiving no negative feedback from Customers for the week
  • Receiving no Customer Complaints for the week

This award will be displayed along with your profile and will be a reminder to Customers that you have met the above standards. This, in turn, instills confidence in your abilities.
