 Can I delete posts?
 You can delete your answer within the first 5 minutes of posting. Once someone has replied to your post, you will no longer be able to delete it. Once someone has replied, you can still add comments to your post to keep your answer clear.
 Can I edit posts?
 Yes. When you edit your posts, it will display the username, time, and date of when the post was edited at the bottom of the post. Once the Customer has viewed your answer, you can no longer edit it.
 Can I add a signature to my posts?
 You can add a signature to the bottom of your posts. To do so, edit your profile to create a signature. Then, you can add your signature to the bottom of your posts by checking the 'Show Signature' checkbox.
