 How much does it cost to challenge an Expert?
 The cost to challenge an Expert's credentials, license or education varies depending on the type of verification required. US licenses cost $8. Non-US licenses cost $22. Costs to verify work history or education may vary.
 Who pays the fee?
 If you challenge an Expert and the Expert's credentials are true, you pay the verification fee. If you win the challenge and the other Expert's credentials are false, that Expert pays the fee.
 What happens if I refuse to participate?
 If the Expert being challenged refuses to participate, their account will be closed.
 How long do I have to turn my paperwork in if i'm challenged?
 Optimally, JustAnswer would like to receive the paperwork within twenty-four hours of the time they're sent to you. If you are unable to send them back within the requested time-frame, please communicate with the administrator coordinating your verificat
