 To ask a question on JustAnswer, go to www.justanswer.com and enter your question. Be sure to make your question's title clear and descriptive, since most Experts won't look at your details if they don't understand
 Will I be notified by email when an Expert answers me?
 Yes. When you ask your question, you will be emailed as soon as Experts reply to your question. You can turn this feature off if you don't want email notifications.
 How long should I wait for an answer?
 Normally, you should get an answer within an hour of asking your question. However, questions asked late at night and on weekends take longer as there are fewer Experts online to answer.
 What do I do if I put my question in the wrong area?
 Just let us know by emailing customer service at info@justanswer.com. We'll get it to the appropriate category.
 What do I do if I don't like an answer that I get?
 The Experts are trying to help you, so please answer their questions and tell them why you don't like their answer. They might have misunderstood you and will probably return the favor with a better answer.
 What if I solve the question myself?
 Let everyone know that you have solved the question and post the solution to enlighten other users who might be curious.
 What if no one answers my question?
 First of all, be patient! Don't worry if you ask your question on Saturday at 3 a.m. and you don't have an answer by 4 a.m. Sometimes it just takes a little while to figure it out. It's also possible that your question wasn't clear enough. Feel free to ad

 If an Expert answered your question and they do not have the credentials necessary to give you an answer, feel free to post a response on your question page and ask for a different Expert to help.
 I paid the deposit and now I'm getting a notification that says I need to accept an answer. I thought I was finished already. Is there another charge? Do I have to pay twice?
 After you post a question on the site, you are asked to pay a deposit so that your answers can be unlocked for viewing. You can then view your answers, correspond with your Experts and decide if you want to accept an answer. Your Expert will not be paid u
