I have a 2006 C7 acert. today i noticed antifreez jug way over full and top half looks like orange milk, bottom looks like antifreeze. oil pressure seems ok, and looks normal. runs fine. i have some in a clear jug seperating and apears to maybe be oil. any idea?

Customer: i THINK thats all. fuel looks ok. everything seems ok. except the top the antifreez jug fill up with orange creamer. less than half gallon

Thanks for asking your question. I will try and help you out.
Unfortunately I have seen this many times. What you are seeing is diesel fuel. This is what happens when the injector cup o rings fail. Fuel will enter the cooling system. It does this because the fuel pressure is much higher than cooling system pressure.
To repair, you will need to remove and replace the injector cups and o rings.I am sorry. I wish I had better news.Please reply back if you need more help or have more questions. I am happy to assist.
