Are you saying the brake shoes are stuck to drums?
I thought on that modal park brake went to drive shaft at back of transmission in line with the driveshaft?
It is not a fluid issue.
Which system do you have, hydraulic brakes with air,or power st. fluid for emergency or park?
They came with 3 different systems I need to know which one you have.spanky

Spanky,

Hydraulic brakes with air. Brake shoes are stuck on drums at rear. Yes, along the drive shaft. There are 2 cyclinders either side of the rear drive shaft where the pipes enter. two brake lines run from both cyclinders to both r/l rear drum brakes. Listening to the air brake, beneath the drivers brake pedal, their is a cyclinder with a rubber gasket on the bottom. pushing the brake pedal down, air can be heard escaping from the rubber gasket below the brake pedal. When brake pedal is pushed down, the brake & b/fluid lights appear on the dash. the air tanks contained moisture due to the humidity. perhapsthis may a causing problem. ?

first yes the moisture will hurt but now add some air line alcohol to tank so it will clear system,if you can add from air line from pump or compressor, just pour some in line about a cup.
next shoes stuck to drums take a big hammer and hit drums and shoes should brake loose.
The valve under pedal is the treadle valve, wait to get system working before worrying about that leak it may go away with the alcohol.
the lights are coming on because system is not working with stuck shoes so check fluid and get brakes free first then let me know were you are at.
