The hydraulic oil pump leaks through the shaft seal into the oil sump. It can be the main hydraulic pump or a power steering pump. Where does the main hydraulic pump mount? On the front cover of the engine?

what causes the seal to go bad
Seal can be old and just starts to leak, or the pump shaft can have wear in the bearing and let shaft flop around.
How much oil does it leak in 8 hours?
also what type of hydrolic oil is used
IH/Case uses the 134 Hytrans, same as the New holland/Case
Any oil supplier will have an equililant.
it leaks very fast lesin10 min
So seal is blown out. It should be easy to see it is bad.
