Optional Information: Make: Geovia Model: EFC Year: 1984 Engine: Scania DN11 Already Tried: Engine is coupled to a Clark 28000 series transmission. Customer intends to replace the engine and I need to find what's the maximum input torque for this transmission.
Hello and thank you for using Just Answer. You're just about at the max rating for this transmission with your current engine configuration. 225 Hp and 880NM would be the most advisable input torque and hp ratings. Over that, you risk component failure, of the catastrophic variety.
