Hi I'm Wayne,
I will help you with this,
Good Morning

You want it about 1 1/2 off the floor
reason being, if you put it all the way to floor,
the T/O bearing will be against the clutch break, and you will not get the correct
adjustment on brake

Customer replied 311 days and 12 hours ago.

Little confused here to find out
the adjuster bolt is this inside bellhousing driver side? I can reach a bolt head right by the fork arm is this the bolt you mention? Sorry.

Hi

No it is not inside , the bolt you are touching on the fork is for the fork
to remove/replace it
If you don't see it under there , look in cab at the top of the pedal

Hi
Get a pair of vise grips, or pipe wrench to turn the bar
It just come to me , Normally when clutch is adjusted, the clutch brake is adjust at same time,
I am wondering if the clutch brake is worn out
this is why it is not grabbing
With pedal all the way to floor, is Brake touching the T/O bearing

Customer replied 311 days and 10 hours ago.
