I need the engine assembly torque specs for our CAT C13 diesel. Serial KCB37723 We need complete torque specs as we are replacing pistons, liners, you name it.

The Big head bolts torque to 125 foot pounds then an additional 120 degree turn


The little head bolts torque to 41 foot pounds


The connecting rods torque to 95 foot pounds then an additional 60 degree turn


The main bearings torque to 110 foot pounds then an additional 60 degree turn


The injector torques to 41 foot pounds


The IVA/Cat brake and rocker arms torque to 75 foot pounds

I still need the specs for the Jake brake rack bolts, and for the cam lifter rack .

By rack bolts, do you mean the rocker arm bolts?


If so, they torque to 75 foot pouinds.
