Hi, My name isXXXXX will do my best to assist you based on the information you provided. To remove your kingpin (shaft that goes through you axle and spindle) you need to remove the top and bottom cap to access the kingpin. There should be a wedge bolt with a single nut on it that is horizontal to retain the king pin. You will need to back this nut off level with the bold and drive the pin out by using an air hammer or 3lb hammer ( hit it on the nut side with the nut installed flush to prevent mushrooming of the wedge pin). Once you have remover the wedge pin and top and bottom caps you can drive the kingpin out with a hammer. It the kingpin is frozen in the spindle then heat may be required. Be sure to remove your ABS sensor if you have ABS. It will pull out or sometimes you may have to give it a twist. I hope this helps. Please click accept if you are satisfied with my answer. Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for using JA.
