Buddy :

Hi and welcome to JA. I am Buddy, and i will try and help you out. The ecm fuse is normally located in the battery box or behind it. You should see a smaller wire coming from one of the batteries on the hot post, that wire should take you to the fuse. If this fuse is blown or if you have a power harness issue, your check engine light and stop engine light will not come on when you turn the ignition on. The check engine light and stop engine light should come on for 5 seconds when you turn ignition on, if you do not see the come on, it is more then likely ecm fuse or power harness issue. If you have anymore questions, just ask. Thanks
