2002 hino melpha bus wont do the self catalist converter test.

Hino Melpha bus
Every 2 days or 300 klms the catilist converter light comes on. This is suppose to happen every 2 months or so. You are suppose to idle for 20 after pushing the flashing light and it blows out the exhaust emmision thing whatever. Hino are at a loss. It has been back to them 6 times.
