Hello and welcome to Just Answer! I would be more than happy to assist you today. make sure the main fuel filter is full when you install it, loosen the injector lines at the injector connection, ( the end of the fuel supply line to engine) crank the engine until you see a steady stream of fuel from the lines at the injectors, tighten the injector lines and the engine will start. all the air will be removed by this point.

Thanks dr cummins this model has hand pump on top of water separator. it seems to work after replacing filter but once i crank on the engine i can't get it to pump again and can't get fuel to bleeder

i understand, The engine is air bound when you fill the filter there is no need to prime the system if you crack the lines and let the air escape.the pump will draw the fuel thru the system pushing air out, you can even crack the lines at the pump for the injectors to relive the air trapped.
