Andy, need to revisit this issue, no lights on a 04 4300 24' morgan box - no box running lights, not top cab running lights...brakes and turns work - lights will come on - but after 3-4 mins of driving they go out and will not return

So you have no park lamps but headlamps are ok?
HEADLAMPS/HIGHBEAMS, CAB LOWER FRNT MARKERS, BRAKE LIGHTS, FRONT AND REAR TURN SIGNALS ALL OK - JUST NO BOX LIGHTS OR REAR RUNNING LIGHTS
EVER SEEN THIS ONE?
If you open the hood , have a look at a brown 8 pin connector located on the firewall on the left side just above the left front fender ! If you unplug it, you might find some heat damage in the connector from terminals spread causing heat and eventually , youlose contact and lights will go out! Let me know what you find!
You already advised I check that - I saw no damage whatsoever.
If you unplug there , can you check for power at the lower pins of that plug on the firewall with a test light ? Make sure you have park lamps switch on!
will do so in the morning - will then let the lights stay on ....for three mins...till they go out...then will recheck - ill get back to you tommarow with the results!

backprobed the connector - when the lights were functioning, I had juice in that brown wire - I waited about 5-10 mins...the lights went out....re-probed the connector - no juice.

Sorry! I have been gone for a few days ! Family problems ! It sounds like something is overloading the circuit and blowing the virtual fuse in the body controller ! If you run lights for a few minutes , then lights go out , try turning the switch off , and cycle the ignition off then on again ! If you turn the light switch back on , do the ligths work right away again?

Do you have a wiring diagram for this lighting sys? or can you tell me the basic layout of the curcuit? (ie... bat, to fusebox, to switch, to lights? where is the body ground?
A clue.....why is it only top box,tail,cab uppers.....and brakes or directionals? (they work)
