Aftertreatment Diesel Particulate Filter Differential Pressure - Data Valid but Above Normal Operational Range - Moderately Severe Level. The soot load of the aftertreatment diesel particulate filter has exceeded the recommended limits.

The aftertreatment dash lamp will flash. Engine protection derate

Catalyst Face Plugged - Root Cause Not Known. The front face of the aftertreatment diesel oxidation catalyst has been detected to be plugged with soot.

Active aftertreatment diesel particulate filter regeneration will be disabled.

Your most severe faults are above, all of them pertain to the after treatment filter being plugged. You must run a stationary regen as per OEM instructions, there should be a switch in the cab to perform this. If your dpf cannot be cleaned via the regen it must be checked by a shop and cleaned on the cleaner machine, also ecm software updates are available for DPF issues.

We checked the unit. It will not regenerate. What are the possible causes?

The soot load of the after treatment diesel particulate filter has exceeded the recommended limits, and will need to be removed and inspected. Then cleaned on the DPF cleaning machine, then again checked for serviceability. I recommend you find a Cummins dealer ASAP. A failed DPF will create more issues such as egr and vgt turbo problems. Low power, excessive carbon build up etc.
